The AMBA Cancellation & Refund Policy
If, after you have registered and paid, you decide that your child will not play this year, you may be entitled to a refund
Note:
All requests for refunds must be send and received in writing prior 11:59pm on the day of the deadline (After March 1 - March 9) to [email protected]
NO EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY AS PER THE AMBA CONSTITUTION.
Any refunds related to medical reasons after the above deadlines will still incure the $20 service fee - " NO EXCEPTIONS"
Spring Season
- Before March 1st - Full refund less $20.00 administration fee.
- (Note that Late Fees and PayPal Fees are not refunded.)
- March 1st to March 9th - 50% refund of fees.
- After March 9th - No refunds.
Summer Season
- Tryout fees – NO REFUNDS, NO exceptions
- Registration fees – NO REFUNDS, NO exceptions
Fall Season
- Registration fees – NO REFUNDS, NO exceptions
