How to use the forms: (This information is for AMBA Commissioners ONLY) 

 

The evaluation session for each division will be organized in groups of 11 Players as per registration format.

Each form must be filled with registered players names per group.

Example:

If your division has i.e. 66 players - you will have 6 groups of 11 players. You will fill out the Names on each form per group. So you will have 6 Hitting forms, 6 Pitching forms etc.

Before the Division Evaluation session starts - commissioners will hand out the evaluation forms to each drill stations evaluators - i.e from the above scenario - Ground Ball evaluator will have 6 Ground Ball Evaluation forms - (1 for each group), Fly Ball Evaluator will have the same for Fly Balls and so on...
