15U AAA HEAD COACH QUALIFICATION (Paid Position) PAGE

15U AAA Head Coach Paid Position Qualification

For the first time in several years, we will have a 15U AAA Abbotsford Angels team. The talent and dedication displayed by our 2010 and 2011-born players are truly impressive, and we look forward to supporting them as they embark on this new chapter in their baseball journey.

In light of this development, we are introducing a paid head coach position for our 15U AAA team.

This level of baseball is highly competitive, requiring mandatory wood bats, advanced game knowledge, and proficient positional play.

We believe that a coach with prior experience in playing and coaching at this level will be instrumental in guiding our team through these new challenges.

Ideally, this individual would work alongside assistant coaches who are familiar with our association, players, and families.

The head coach will play a vital role in providing skill development for both our players and coaches who are new to this division and tier.
